The Modern Collection Les Paul Special Tribute: Trusty Feel
With this Les Paul Special Tribute model, Gibson introduce an American-made guitar with a humble price tag, and the same trusty feel and playing ease Gibson is renowned for. As such, the scale length of this P-90-packed model naturally measures 24.75 inches, while the maple neck is glued to a stunning, satin nitrocellulose-finished mahogany body. Meanwhile, the rosewood fretboard blessed with a 12" radius and 22 medium frets makes sure both rhythm and lead work can be flawlessly performed. Add that to the compensated wrap-around bridge and Vintage Deluxe tuners, and you're left with an unshakable foundation for supreme sound.

De Gibson Les Paul Special Tribute P90 is een prachtig startmodel van de Gibson LP lijn.
Echt Amerikaanse kwaliteit, en dat zie en voel je meteen bij het uitpakken.
Mooie gigbag, case candy inclusief foto van de geboorte, afstelgereedschap, mooie Gibson strap erbij, maar dan nu de gitaar;
Die is zonder overdrijven werkelijk geweldig!
Even stemmen, intonatie en actie perfect, super smooth en chunky nitro hals met rosewood fretboard, prachtige wood grain nitro finish, mooie gewichtsbalans, zeker als je bedenkt dat de hals esdoorn is.
Hier ga ik jaren plezier van hebben.
De P90 hals pick-up is zonder gain al een warme Jimi H sound, zodra je de gain en of je volume op de gitaar over de 5 draait krijg je meteen kippenvel van hoe de Nashville crunch door je diepste wezen resoneert.
De brug pick-up daar ben ik nog mee aan het experimenteren, wat een mogelijkheden, de twee P90’s samen klinkt ongelooflijk funky met een warm bassig ondertoontje wat heel typisch precies bij deze Black Beauty hoort.
