Fender Paramount PM-1E Standard Dreadnought Black elektrisch-akoestische westerngitaar
Descrizione
The Fender Paramount PM-1 Standard Dreadnought is a steel-string guitar that's just brimming with Fender DNA. This model was developed by designers of the former acoustic Custom Shop, but manufactured in China to keep the production costs as low as possible. The PM-1 offers a mix of familiar Fender design elements, including the '60s Checkerboard purfling, the '70's headstock and bridge, and the late '40s Fender logo. The result is a unique, high-quality electro-acoustic steel-string guitar!
PM-1 Standard Dreadnought: Full Sound
Generally speaking, the quality of the wood used to build an acoustic guitar is essential to its sound. That's why Fender chose a solid-body construction for the entire Paramount series. This natural-coloured PM-1 has a solid spruce top that delivers a healthy dose of sparkling clarity. The sides and back are made of mahogany, a type of wood that offers a warm, rich sound. The headstock, fretboard and bridge are made of ovangkol, and the compensated saddle and string nut are made of bone.
Fender Paramount: Taking the Stage
The name Paramount has a rich history, and is associated with the renowned concert hall in Seattle as well as the American record label, for starters. In order to maintain the excellent reputation attached to that name, Fender aimed to use the very best parts and wood types available within the targeted price class. The types of wood were selected to give these solid-body, electro-acoustic steel-string guitars a rich sound. Additionally, a custom-built preamp complements the body type beautifully. The icing on the cake is a luxury case with humidifier to keep this guitar in optimal shape.
