For the discerning acoustic guitarist, the Ibanez Artwood Vintage AVD11CE-ANS offers luxurious acoustic sound at an attainable price. This opulent electro-acoustic steel-string has been topped with solid Caucasian spruce and comes fitted with a Fishman Sonicore pickup and a real bone string nut. The dreadnought body shape has outstanding projection and masses of volume while the addition of a less-than-traditional cutaway grants easy access to the highest frets. The spruce top has been combined with an okoume back and sides, a nyatoh neck, and ovangkol fretboard to result in a rich sound with a considerable dynamic range, and when this guitar is taken to the stage, the fitted Sonicore pickup offers tone controls, a built-in tuner, and a faithful and warm feeling amplified sound.
