Very different from a standard six-string, the four-string Gold Tone TG-10 Acoustic Tenor Guitar has a standard mandoline-style C, G, D, A tuning, but also sounds just as good when tuned in D, G, B, E - like the highest four strings of the standard guitar tuning. Ripe for experimentation, this instrument also supports a range of alternative tunings, making it a great pick for more adventurous guitarists.

The Gold Tone TG-10: Classic Warmth

No matter how it's tuned, this flat-top steel-string guitar has the traditional tonal foundation of a spruce soundboard, which blends acoustic richness with the classic warmth and depth of a mahogany body and set-in mahogany neck. The high-gloss natural finish and black body binding add a minimal and elegant look, while the ebony bridge and bone saddle ensure lush string-to-body vibrational transfer and combine with twenty frets to support excellent intonation. Gold Tone has also fitted a set of closed Kluson-style oil-bed machine heads and a Zeroglide nut to firm up the tuning stability. The TG-10 Acoustic Tenor Guitar also comes including a gig bag.
