The Blackstar ID:Core has evolved again! This popular stereo guitar amplifier has reached its fourth incarnation and is still as perfect as ever for both beginners and experienced guitarists in need of a high-quality practice tool. The ID:Core V4 comes loaded with six different voicings ranging from pure cleans to fat high-gain, where every sound can be nudged towards British-style or American-style thanks to Blackstar's unique-and-patented Infinite Shape Feature (ISF).
The ID:Core V4: All You Need
In addition to two full-range speakers that support super-wide stereo sound but can also handle audio from video-games and films, the Blackstar ID:Core V4 features built-in modulation, reverb and delay effects, the latter of which even comes with a tap tempo function. You also get six preset slots for storing your favourite setting combos, a built-in attenuator so you can drop the output to just 1 Watt, and a headphone output for more private practice sessions.
Live-Streaming and Recording
Thinking of modern guitarists, Blackstar have outfitted the fourth-gen ID:Core with various welcome upgrades, like the option to stream directly to platforms like Instagram via your phone and a TRRS cable. The ID:Core V4 10 also doubles as a USB audio interface and is equipped with Cab Rig Lite DSP speaker simulation technology to guarantee authentic sound. Lastly, this amp supports the free Architect-software for Windows/Mac so you can adjust the sound in detail and share patches with friends and fellow guitarists.

Sans aucun doute le Meilleur Ampli à bas prix pour jouer avec un son saturé Rock / Métal. Très belle amélioration depuis le V2 et clairement au dessus du V3.
Le V4 a un son très propre et précis (vraiment très proche d'un son analogique) et le logiciel Architect avec la fonction CabLite permet de se rapprocher encore plus en détails de ce que l'on cherche en réglant la dynamique, les égalisations et le typage modern ou vintage de la sortie)
Les effets de Delay / Reverb sont biens rendus et permet d'avoir un son encore plus spatialisé sans aucun autre équipement que l'ampli lui même.
Il s'en sort également très bien en clair mais pas aussi bien qu'un Vox ou un Fender mais ce n'est pas sa cible.
L'accordeur intégré offre un vrai confort. La fonction playback USB est très pratique pour jouer par dessus des Backing Tracks mais la fonction enregistrement est un peu gadget niveau rendu (utilisable uniquement avec des écouteurs en se passant des enceintes de l'ampli) car vous devrez monter le volume de pour également augmenter le volume d'enregistrement (la fonction TAP + Gain pour augmenter le volume d'enregistrement USB n'est pas suffisante pour obtenir un volume adéquat).
Tout en un, vous le branchez, vous jouez, vous vous amusez avec un son pro qui provient de cette tout petite boite et qui vous surprendra par sa puissance et son grain si réaliste (type Diezel / Peavy / Mesa)
