While the output of this high-end amp is relatively low on paper, it's anything but quiet and a lot more powerful than any other 19-Watt amp you might pit against it. Forcefully projected by a single 12-inch Celestion G12H-30 Greenback speaker, the three-dimensional sound and rich harmonic distortion is basically unprecedented. The Thrust pot enables you to match the output with the output of your guitar, allowing you to gain more headroom for cleans or more gain as needed.

The Perfect Studio Sidekick

The way the Komet 19 has been voiced makes it easy to record, which explains why you can find one in so many recording studios. The more you unleash its power, the more natural saturation you get, while the Bright switch lets you toggle three different treble settings for just the right amount of highs. Conveniently, the whole thing weighs just 13kg, making it surprisingly manageable for a potent combo that's powered by two cathode-biased EL84 preamp valves and two 12AX7 preamp valves.
