The Palmer RIVER Series Mosel is an indispensable tool for musicians and audio professionals who demand maximum sound and signal quality. This active DI box boasts remarkably high input impedance, resulting in pure and powerful sound. Whether you're working with magnetic or piezo pickups, the Mosel converts your unbalanced, high-impedance signal into a balanced, low-impedance output signal without any loss of clarity of sound — even when you're using long cables.
Galvanic Isolation
This DI box is compatible with both traditional instruments and gear like synths and digital pianos. The built-in output transformer has been galvanically isolated to counter ground-loops, while the special metal encasing keeps electromagnetic interference at bay. With enough capacity for +20dB signals, the Palmer RIVER Mosel is perfect for the studio and the stage.
Variable PAD and Boost Function
Palmer has built in a variable PAD switch (-10, -20, -30 dB) alongside a +12dB boost function so you're always assured of optimum levels and noise-free recording. The XLR/jack combo input can be used to directly plug in your gear, and the power supply is equally flexible, giving you the pick of 48V phantom power or a 9V battery.
