Descrizione
Jackson Audio and Joey Landreth team up to present the Golden Boy Transparent Overdrive. This high quality stompbox lays down a harmonically rich drive with enough headroom to meet the demands of that Beano sound. Even more lush depth can be injected into the sound using the provided three-band EQ section and toggling through four clipping settings that give you the pick of a mid-focused screamer, British-style overdrive, or just symmetrical or asymmetrical clipping. This function alone cracks this OD wide open in terms of flexibility, but when you add the Prism-designed Mosfet boost circuit on top, you essentially get invited into an uncharted realm of tone. Besides a transparent, clean boost, the high or mid frequencies can be enhanced, or a custom boost can be shaped. Hook up a MIDI pedal to the fitted port, and all of these parameters can be tinkered and tweaked at will.
