American DJ's EXR series lighting products can be controlled wirelessly, meaning you can do away with all those cables. The series includes wireless fixtures as well as controllers. New to the range of products is the WiFLY EXR Battery, a wireless DMX transmitter and receiver in one with an impressive maximum range of 750 metres!
Maximum of 16 DMX universes
The WiFLY EXR Battery can control up to 16 different universes at the same time. It allows you to operate your light show by sending a signal with DMX commands to all of the fixtures that belong to each universe. That means you won't need a countless number of cables running to your lighting console anymore. Not only is this a lot less work, but the chance of problems is also vastly reduced.
The EXR series
American DJ's EXR series consists of products that can all receive DMX signals wirelessly at a considerable distance from each other. EXR actually stands for extended range and the products in this series can communicate with each other over a maximum distance of 750 metres!

Draadloos DMX
Ik draai als DJ regelmatig in kleine zaaltjes of in een café . Voor mij was het altijd lastig om daar kabels door heen te leggen zo wel voor geluid als licht. Mensen konden er over struiken
Ik heb nu de American DJ WiFLY EXR dit is ideaal als een set kabels voor het licht is al minder.
Het is heel gemakkelijk om dat zender en ontvanger maar een toestel is gewoon aan sluiten en je licht werkt draadloos
Ik vind dit zeker een aanrader voor de mobile DJ
Module werkt zowel als ontvanger of als zender. Dip switch allemaal op zelfde stand (2,4gHz kanaal) instellen en voila. Wat nergens staat is het opstarten. Start eerst de Wifly die wordt gevoed met het DMX signaal. Start daarna de slaves. Start de afzonderlijke units ZONDER dat die aan de lader hangen. Pas als de communicatie werkt kan de Wifly weer aan de lader. Dit is een bug die nergens wordt beschreven. Zowiezo is de support van ADJ hopeloos.... Verder prima spul dit
Geen lange kabels meer.
Ik gebruik deze als ontvanger voor DMX-signalen van de ADJ NE1 DMX-console voor het aansturen van mijn conventionele DMX-verlichting.
Doet wat het moet doen. Voelt solide aan. Accu gaat erg lang mee.
Signaal van deze Wifi transciever is sterk en niet instelbaar. Wees bedacht op interferentie met andere 2,4 MHZ-apparatuur en stel je kanaal op een nog niet gebruikt kanaal in.
Uitleg over de dipswitch settings ontbreekt in de manual maar deze is de standaard methode
De magneet op de onderzijde is sterk en maakt het bevestigen een verademing.
