A Flying Tour of the DBX 131S
The DBX 131S very simply sets you up with a single 31-band channel with 1/3-octave equalization that's been combined with ±12dB input amplification and a ±6 dB or ±12 dB boost/cut switch. The bank of 20mm sliders give you tactile, intuitive, and direct power over the entire frequency spectrum, while the set of VU meters for the output lend clear support. The extensive frequency response of 10Hz to 50kHz and the 110dB dynamic range only serve to confirm the quality components and attention to detail that has gone into building this uncompromising unit.

De DBX 131S is een hele goede equalizer, de geluidskwaliteit is zeer goed, je kan er heel precies je muziek mee perfectioneren, en ik vind het heel handig dat je er volume mee kan aanpassen, dat betekent dat als je je equalizer aansluit op je pc, je het volme van je muziek kan beïnvloeden, zonder dat je op de grond hoeft te gaan liggen om het volume van je actieve speakers aan te passen.
Het is wel mono, wat betekent dat je niet kan beïnvloeden hoe sterk links of rechts klinkt (tenzij je een versterker erop aansluit).
