Eurolite NH-20 Tour Fazer + Flight Case

Felt I should write a hopefully balanced review given this was my first experience of ordering from BAX Music Online. Yes, I’d seen some rather worrying negative feedback on smith review site, yes I mistakenly thought that BAX held all product stock in the UK, and yes I was disappointed at not getting the item I’d ordered within the 2 days indicated on their confirmation. Once it had been explained to me how their system works and that products are shipped over from Netherlands to UK customers, and that it depends on when their vehicles leaves their factory ( Mon, Wed and Fri) before Parcelforce get to actually process the UK delivery side of things, then it all made sense. Ordering was easy, very typical of what to expect if ordering from another rather well know large German supplier. It was very quick and easy to speak to the customer service team who I have to say were extremely proactive and went out of their way to be helpful, even ringing me up after the parcel arrived to check that I was happy with everything. Top job BAX, will be ordering again.

Voor kleine zalen en cafe’s perfect. Normaal draai ik een fazer op 5/10/15/20% deze heeft een lager wattage waardoor de hoeveelheid rook perfect is. Niet te dik precies goed.
