Descrizione
The DVX D8 HP by dB Technologies is a powerful two-way active speaker with an 8-inch woofer and a 1-inch driver. This speaker is an excellent choice for many applications, such as speech and background music, but also for more focused music-listening sessions. It features a high-quality 8-inch woofer and a 1-inch neodymium compression driver with a rotatable CD horn, whereby the D8 HP has good intelligibility between speech and audio characteristics.
Multifunctional design
Furthermore, the DVX D8 HP is equipped with an integrated Digipro G2 digital amplifier. This black lacquered housing offers compact dimensions and a light weight - features that up until now have only been available with passive speakers. The multifunctional housing features a slanted panel so it can be used as a monitor, and it also has mounting points and a special monitor setup, controlled by the built-in DSP. This also functions as a controller whereby an active EQ, crossover, limiter and phase/time alignment functions are available.

Prima speaker. Gebruik ze als podiummonitor. Deze zijn door de kleine woofer niet echt geschikt om laag te gaan blazen, maar als keyboardmonitor bijvoorbeeld, doen ze het prima. Ook als monitor voor wat spoken word versterking; all good! Compact formaat maakt trouwens dat ik ze ook wel eens in een truss hang als PA voor spraak. Heb ook nog enkele andere types en ook die zijn prima voor de prijs. Zeer tevreden van dB Technologies tout court.
