Robust

You won't need velvet gloves when handling this speaker. It has a robust plywood cabinet with a metal grille that ensures you'll be using it for many years to come. It has handles on the top and on the sides making it as easy to move as possible. The LVX 12 can be mounted on a stand, but it's understandable that you may want to use a speaker of this quality as part of a fixed installation too. For that purpose, DB Technologies have included 12x M10 mounting points.

LVX 12: Digipro amplifier

This active speaker has a powerful digital Digipro amplifier included. It delivers 800 watts of continuous power with peaks up to 1600 watts. Because the amplifier is so efficient, it doesn't suffer from heat issues and therefore has no cooling on board meaning that it operates silently. A DSP processor takes care of things like the crossover frequency, the frequency response, the peak filter and the thermal filter so you don't have to. A switch lets you choose between a 'flat' or 'processed' equalizer so that you can customise your sound to the environment.
