The PSA-12 is an active full-range speaker by JB Systems that's fitted with a 12-inch woofer and a 1.35-inch tweeter. A bi-amped amplification module drives the unit with 165 watts for the bass and 35 watts for the trebles. This bi-amping technology ensures that the tweeter and woofer both get their own signals, and therefore the power of the amp is used optimally. An active two-way crossover guarantees that the sound signal is well distributed over the woofer and tweeter.

The PSA-12 has a heavy-duty housing of polypropylene, a high-grade plastic material. Its dimensions and weight make this model ideally suited for everyday uses like vocals, DJ or vocal monitoring or rental applications. M8 mounting points allow you to fly the installation, and at the rear of the unit we find a 35mm stand adapter, which makes the PSA-12 compatible with most conventional speaker stands. The rear of the PSA-12 provides the user with a microphone and line input, via XLR, RCA or 6.3mm jack connectors. Rotary knobs are available for level, master volume and tone control (treble, bass). All in all, the PSA-12 is a reliable, practical, all-round PA speaker!
