Based on the legendary Tycobrahe Octavia from the seventies, the Beetronics Octahive super-high-gain fuzz comes with a sneaky high-pitched octave that can be thrown in at will. Spit thick leads in octave mode, or dial back the Honey (otherwise known as gain) to get iconic and delicious Purple-Haze-style fuzz. In a low-gain setting, the Octahive even reacts like a sort of ring modulator, giving adventurous guitarist something juicy to chew on, and as soon as octave-mode is toggled off, they're treated to a classic and warm, highly versatile fuzz. Boasting ultra-model as well as old-school sound, the Octahive has been hand-built in America, and comes packed up inside an effortlessly cool stompbox.
