The Death By Audio Absolute Destruction has absolutely zero respect for the natural sound of your instrument. Push your signal through this pedal and it will be mercilessly chewed on, and ripped up before something entirely unrecognisable is spat out the other end in a fuzz that's so extreme, it might just herald the apocalypse. The fuzz amount can be adjusted, however, using the fitted slider which pulls the range of this stompbox from thick fuzz, to thicker fuzz, to blooming octaves. Open the slider all the way and the signal will actually start to eat itself alive.

Absolutely NUTS pedal. With the overload and gain both low you can get some really great gnarly sounds. Push it over the edge though and it's total chaos.. I love it :)
Onwijs ruig klinkende fuzz. De overload slider is heerlijk om dingen te heftig over hun nek te laten gaan. Ik vraag mij alleen tot op een bepaalde hoogte af of de levensduur van de sliders lang genoeg gaat zijn. Ze voelen solide aan, maar ik kan mij voorstellen dat er via de sleuven toch vuil oid in het pedaal terecht kan komen. We gaan het zien.

Dit pedaal is niet voor de liefhebbers van traditionele fuzz (, maar wel voor liefhebbers van "noizy" soorten fuzz!).
Als men de slider voor gain op 1/3 instelt (vanaf links gezien), en de slider voor overload op 1/3 instelt (let wel: vanaf rèchts gezien), verkrijgt men een prettig gestoord fuzzy geluid, waarbij, tijdens het uitsterven van het zojuist voortgebrachte geluid, de indruk wordt gewekt, dat de boel op instorten staat.
Wie wil dat nou niet.... :-)
