The Suhr Rufus Fuzz ReLoaded comes with everything the original Rufus offers, plus the innovative mf(x) function so you can take your source signal and take it up an octave to gain access to Hendrix's famed 'Band of Gypsies' sound. All you have to do is hold down the footswitch for a moment and the fuzz mode changes from 'normal' to 'octave up'. Just like the original version, this ReLoaded edition features a powerful 3-band EQ and can be hooked up to a guitar or bass. It also features the same FX Link tech, meaning you've got the option to plug in a footswitch and toggle the different modes or the true bypass circuit externally.

Je ne connais pas l'originale, mais cette reloaded est très expressive, dynamique, avec une correction bass mid et treble, c'est excellent.
Je ne suis pourtant pas un adepte des fuzz mais je vais la garder. Elle apporte une ampleur au son, c'est épais ou criard, de la fuzz face à la big muff, en passant par la rat.
Une fuzz precise, c'est déstabilisant, tellement facile à régler suivant ce qu'on recherche.
En maintenant le footswitch on passe au canal rouge: une fuzz octaver up, avec un soupçon de ring modulator, vraiment terrible !
N'hésitez pas sur basse, elle assure aussi 😉
