Descrizione
Build custom patch leads to complete a neat and fully personalised pedalboard without having to faff with any solder at all. The twelve jack plugs included in the Boss BCK-12 DIY patch lead kit are installed by tightening just one screw and can be secured in a straight or right-angled configuration, leaving a minimum of just 1cm between each stompbox so you can use up every last millimetre of pedelboard space. This pack comes complete with a pliable 3.5-metre-long cable that can be cut to the perfect length for a clean finish, and as you'd only expect of Boss gear, supreme sound quality is assured by gold-plated jack contacts and oxygen-free copper cored cabling.

Ik dacht laat ik het eens proberen ondanks de vele matige reviews.
Het stelde echt geen ene reet voor: kabel op maat knippen, plug erop steken, vastdraaien en voilà.
Geen losse contacten of ruis, ik heb niets opnieuw moeten doen. Mijn pedalen bordje werkte meteen!
Het artikel zelf is kwalitatief goed, maar de montage maakt het onbetrouwbaar. Heb een flink aantal kabels opnieuw moeten maken. Daarnaast vind ik het systeem met het schroefje niet fool proof. Te hard aandraaien (wat niet moeilijk is) en de kabel maakt sluiting. Te zacht aandraaien maakt dat de kabel loskomt zodra deze een beetje buigt. Jammer. Bij sommige kabels maakte de ground geen contact met een megabrom tot gevolg. Had zo mooi kunnen zijn. Ik ben uiteindelijk na een paar keer goed slikken overgestapt op gegoten kabels in standaard lengtes. Het had zo mooi kunnen zijn. Jammer van de kosten, maar daar kan Bax niets aan doen.

Leuk setje, maar mijn voorkeur gaat toch naar de Rockboard flat cables.
Ik heb nog geen storing gehad met de Boss solderless, maar vind het toch wat kwetsbaar aanvoelen.
