Wrapped up in a satisfying, minimalistic design, the Blue Sona broadcast microphone brings the advanced tech of a built-in preamp and EQ presets to raise the game of any podcasting or content creation studio. The integrated ClearAmp preamp guarantees optimum volume no matter the mixer or audio interface model it's plugged into, and since every voice is unique, the EQ presets can be adjusted in detail: tailoring the frequency response to perfectly match the speaker's voice. The supercardioid polar pattern of the microphone capsule efficiently ignores any natural reverb and environmental noise in the space where you're working to ensure clean recordings, and to keep contact noise to a minimum, the Sona also features an internal shockmount. Thinking of everything before piling more on top, the Blue Sona isn't just a photogenic studio ornament, but a highly professional and highly flexible production tool.
