Behringer have taken it upon themselves to develop an extensive ode to the original Roland System 100. No matter how many VCOs, VCFs, and VCAs you might have, to build yourself a complete wall of synthesis, you can't do without a few envelopes and LFOs. The Behringer System 100 140 Dual Envelope/LFO module gives you a heady brew of two ADSR envelopes and an LFO. On its own, this module can't really get up to much, but once you couple it up to control other modules, you get access to those all-important envelopes - and not just for the volume and filter - but think on the potential of a PWM envelope, an LFO output for progressive vibrato, a pitch envelope, and yeah ... the list grows.

Ik heb deze gekocht omdat ik een erg simpele envelope generator wilde met schuiven. Dat is wel iets meer HP maar de UX van de sliders ligt mij meer. Erg fijn dat er ook inverted outputs zijn (van 0 tot -5V).
De LFO was een extra die ik op de koop toe nam, maar deze blijkt ook verrassend bruikbaar. Met name de twee outputs waarvan eentje inverted is super bruikbaar voor pingpong effecten!
Voor dit bedrag is deze module eigenlijk een no-brainer dus :-)
