Essentially a stripped back version of the SD60, but loaded with all of the same functions, sounds and controls, the SD90 module is basically a keyboard... but without a keyboard. Which also means it's a lot cheaper. This is a tabletop sound module that can be linked up with a keyboard or MIDI keyboard to set it up with same wealth of options that the keyboard-fitted SD60 comes with. As such, you're getting an extensive library of sounds, a mass of swinging styles, a full bank of rich effects and even drum and guitar phases with adjustable tempo. Even the display screen planted in the centre of this compact cockpit is the same as that of the SD60, offering quick access to the essentials which, combined with the logical layout and small army of controls, sets this module up with a clean and intuitive workflow. To support seamless integration, the SD90 also features both microphone and guitar inputs as well as connection ports for an external keyboard.
