Opletten. Niet kopen!!! Ik schrijf normaal gezien nooit een productreview. Klagen over een miskoop doe ik zelden. Een item terugsturen? Daar ben ik doorgaans te lui voor. Ditmaal voel ik mij genoodzaakt om dit toch te doen. De reden? Dit product neigt naar boerenbedrog. Het probleem: De titel suggereert dat het om een school gaat. Maar ... Er zijn slechts enkele zeer summiere en veel te makkelijke lessen (voor gitaar) beschikbaar. Ikzelf had meteen een downloadpakket van een vol jaar genomen in de hoop op dat jaartje van alles bij te kunnen leren. Niet dus. Even googelen op YouTube en je hebt meer geleerd. Zonder overdrijven: op twee uur ben je door al het aangeboden materiaal heen. Als je dan ook nog de pech hebt 'er al iets van te kennen' leer je dus gewoonweg niets bij. Geld terug? Nee hoor, want downloadproduct. Mail gestuurd naar de helpdesk van imusic-school zelf. Zoals te verwachten, geen respons. Officieel is mijn klacht door hen wel in behandeling genomen. Het feit dat Bax zijn goede naam aan dit product verbindt, is eigenlijk gewoonweg schandalig te noemen. Jammer en iets waar ze zich intern toch echt eens mogen over bezinnen. Lang verhaal kort: Zorg ervoor dat jij niet dezelfde fout als ik maak en bespaar jezelf heel wat geld.
