Blessed with a 5" microphone port, the Evans EQ3 ONYX drumhead is made for rehearsals, gigs and recording alike. This 10mil single-ply bass drumhead produces a sensitive sound with increased low-end focus and apparent attack. The internal damping ring counters unwanted overtones and, since this resonant head has been coated, it sports a sleek black finish.

Please note: Evans changed the logo on the drumhead in the middle of 2019. Up until then, 'Level 360' was also printed on the surface. You may receive a drumhead with or without the updated logo, but apart from that they're exactly the same. The box was also updated at the end of 2019.
