This 16-inch Powerstroke 4 coated floor tom head has a heavy, dark sound. That makes it ideally suited for use in heavier genres and live performances. Furthermore, thanks to the two plies of 7-mil (0.178mm) Mylar, it is highly durable. While it leans a bit towards heavier genres and live performances, as we mentioned before, you can definitely use it in other genres as well.
