Hand-hammered from high-grade B25 bronze, the Masterwork Verve 19-inch crash has a thin weight and the blackened finish of a special dry-sanded treatment, resulting in warm and dark sound. Considering the size and weight, this crash has a surprisingly loud and cutting character that comes backed up by a hefty dynamic range and relatively short sustain, meaning that this crash won't give you full-volume washes, but will give you short and musical accents - ideal for jazz, Latin and funk.
