This Shadow pickup system offers acoustic guitarists amplified sound with the freedom they already enjoy when playing an unplugged instrument. This high-quality pickup is also incredibly flexible due to the control it provides over countless parameters. Of course, what makes the SH PMG-W unique in the first place is the NanoMAG pickup itself: a magnetic pickup with a massive frequency range which is then processed by a preamplifer able to wirelessly transmit the signal to a receiver in stereo as well as mono.

The Many Features of the Shadow SH PMG-W

In the first instance, this is a stereo pickup but with a separate control, the mono signal can be blended with a broad-panned stereo signal. The EQ can of course be customised and tweaked as needed and a fast and accurate tuner also comes built-in. The wireless signal has an immense 80 metre range and minimal latency and the system runs on an integrated lithium battery that's recharged within 3 to 6 hours (using the included USB cable and port) and powers the SH PMG-W for up to six hours.
