The JHS Pedals Colour Box V2 Preamp / EQ / DI-Box may well be rightfully called an improved version of the original pedal. Due to its long list of features and possibilities, this preamp is more like a studio console shaped like a stompbox and can't only be used with electric and acoustic guitars, but practically all instruments and microphones. You're given full control over your sound via the various switches and controls lined up on the face of the Colour Box V2, including a hi/lo switch for an ultra-clean sound when toggled to lo. There's a -20 dB pad switch on-board to subtly tame high-output microphones, as well as an EQ to cut the entire frequency range to taste. It's time to Colour your tone!
