Is helemaal niet verkeerd,even een andere buis erin b.v. een ECC83 of een EH 12AX7 en het verschil is goed merkbaar en de kosten pedaal en buis is altijd nog stukken goedkoper dan de concurent.

Na modificatie en een kwaliteitsbuis klinkt de VT911 een stuk beter. Bij Amplifiedparts.com een modificatie-set besteld (twee condensators) voor rond de 25 euro. Even solderen en klaar. Pas dan krijg je een goed geluid en krijgt de VT911 4 sterren als waardering.
