Fender Redondo CE electro-acoustic western guitar natural
Descrizione
Fender's California series has gained a new model that is actually an older model. Confused? There's no need to be, because the Fender Redondo CE is a reissue of the classic 1968 Redondo. It is an affordable acoustic guitar that is associated with Californian sunshine and sandy beaches. This CE version, however, is equipped with a pickup and a preamp so that you can play it both amplified and acoustic. Additionally, this dreadnought features a cutaway that allows you access to the highest frets with the greatest of ease.
Fender Redondo CE: for electric guitar players too
Guitarists that usually only play electric guitars will have no problems playing the Fender Redondo CE. This electro-acoustic western guitar has a comfortable Stratocaster-type neck with a soft C-profile that makes it just as smooth to play as an electric guitar. The body of the Redondo CE is made of laminated mahogany with a laminated spruce top. Maple is used for the neck, which is equipped with a 20-fret rosewood fingerboard. This combination of wood types provides a full, warm sound with plenty of sparkle.
Finish and electronics
Just like its vintage predecessor, the Redondo CE was fitted with a gold-coloured pickguard and Fender's unique Viking bridge. Its sound hole is decorated with a chequerboard-pattern rosette and the string nut and bridge saddle are made of Graphtech NuBone for optimal tone and tuning stability. The Fishman Isys III system represents the electronics of this steel-string guitar and offers you a volume control and a practical built-in tuner, plus a 3-band EQ to edit the perfect sound.
