The AW300ECE-NT electro-acoustic western guitar from the Ibanez Artwood series has the looks of a traditional acoustic guitar but has been complemented with modern functions. Ibanez made this dreadnought-body guitar by means of modern woodwork technology. Ibanez succeeded in reproducing the old bracing techniques and with the AW300ECE-NT, they have produced a high-quality guitar that produces a warm and balanced sound. This guitar comes at a really budget-friendly price as well!
Ibanez Artwood AW300ECE-NT: Canadian spruce
The top of this Ibanez AW300ECE-NT western guitar (with cutaway) is made of the solid Canadian wood type sitka spruce which is known for its bright, sparkling and full sound. The sides and back are made of mahogany to provide you with a warm and deep sound. The neck of this Ibanez electro-acoustic guitar is made of mahogany as well and has a rosewood fretboard. The string nut and the saddle are made of bone and the body has been decorated with an abalone rosette. Furthermore the AW300ECE-NT is equipped with die-cast chrome-plated tuners and it comes with D'Addario EXP strings.
Electronics
The AW300ECE-NT is fitted with a Fishman Sonicore pickup with Ibanez SST preamplifier. This preamp has volume and tone controls, a built-in tuner and Shape Shifter function that allows you to add subtle details to your sound. With the phase reverse you can reduce any potential feedback. As such, you have optimal control over your sound with this Ibanez electric-acoustic western guitar! Next to the jack output there's a balanced XLR output for a quick and easy connection to a PA setup.

had deze besteld, maar weer terug gestuurd. Waarschijnlijk niet goed afgesteld, gitaar klonk nergens naar. In advertentie stond ook dat achterkant en zijkanten masief mahonie zou zijn, maar daar leek het niet op, mahonie is enigzins roodachtig van kleur en de binnenkant van gitaarkast was echt heel blank. Denk dat de gitaar daarom ook niet wat klankkleur betreft in balans was, teveel hoog en weinig warmte. Viel echt tegen of ik had de pech dat dit exemplaar gewoon een miskleun was ...
