No matter what the rest of the band might say, you really can never have enough cymbals. Sabian evidently agree by serving up this full pack of HHX Complex Promotional cymbals. Besides a 14-inch set of HHX Complex Medium hi-hats, a 16-inch HHX Complex Thin crash, a 20-inch HHX Complex Medium ride and, since this is obviously nowhere near enough, an 18-inch HHX Complex Thin crash has been thrown in for free to add some extra (and utterly essential) dark, wide accents and rhythms.
The Sound of the HHX Complex Promotional Set
The name of this cymbal pack offers more than a little hint, since the sound they create is enormously complex. This very particular complexity is due to the very special HHX hammer-pattern used to produce them. The HHX pattern is a further development of the process used for the HH Series cymbals and enhances volume and presence to shape a sound that has its very own power, darkness and complex versatility.

Zo'n beetje de beste bekkens die ik ooit heb gehad. Reageren supersnel en blijven niet te lang nagalmen. En hoewel ze best warm en donker zijn, blijven ze toch ook best helder wat betreft klank. Zeer tevreden mee.
