The concept of this drum throne was developed by chiropractor dr. Richard Robertshaw. After thorough research of drummers injuries and their causes, he developed the Ergokinectic drum throne. Ergokinectics means the design and support of a body in motion. When a drummer plays, he or she is continuously moving, yet 'locks' certain body parts, such as the lower back.
Ahead SPG-BS Spinal Glide
The SPG-BS Spinal Glide drum throne has got what it takes to allow drummers to play long sessions without any pain. Its big, black seat is fitted with memory foam, is highly comfortable, and features a recess in the middle that splits the seat in half. This is done to allow the tailbone (the lowest part of the back) to hang naturally. The shape of the SPG-BS Spinal Glide also lets you move your pelvis freely. This drum throne is a durable investment for your drum playing, but more importantly, for your body as well.

This throne is super stable, and very very comfortable. no matter if you just practice or are on the road with your band this throne is for you. It"s 100% worth the little extra you pay, I used to have to stand up after about 60 minutes of playing and stretch my back & leg but with the 'Ahead SPG-BS Spinal G' after a three hours practice seccestion playing I came away feeling like my rear had been hugged through out and also notice a reduced heating issue around the areas that matter. I love this throne.
Geweldige kruk. Zit fantastisch. De glitterzijkant is wel wat opvallend.
Ahead SPG-BS-4 Spinal G drumkruk : Stond wel even versteld van dit grote zware lux uitgevoerde "tractorzadel", maar het zitcomfort is uitstekend en geeft een goede ondersteuning aan de rug!

Heel tevreden over deze drumkruk! Ik heb deze aangeschaft omdat ik erg last van mijn onderrug heb. Toen ik deze kruk voor het eerst probeerde stond ik echt versteld van het comfort. Dit is echt een aanrader voor alle drummers met rugklachten!
En zoals altijd weer supersnel geleverd!
Heel stevig, zweet niet, kan lekker hoog staan voor dubbel bass partijen. De ruimte zorgt er inderdaad voor dat je geen last van je stuitje oid krijgt. Beetje duur, maar zijn geld zeker waard als je bekijkt dat je je rug spaart.

WOW! Can't put into words how comfy this throne is! I suffer with a bad back and bad knees so was finding it hard to drum for more than half an hour or so without having back pain and also numbness in my legs and buttocks. first time I used this I didnt realise how long I had been behind the kit, 3 hours in and no pain or numbness, this throne is a game changer. I can honestly say if your looking for a knew throne, look no further!
