Specially compiled for stimulating the seven chakras - so the root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third-eye and crown chakra - the Sela Crystal Singing Bowl Lotus set taps right into your energy centres. Made of frosted glass and finished with a coloured lotus, each singing bowl shapes a distinctly clear and soothing sound, and can be played by either tapping it with the included mallets or brushing it with the included rods. All singing bowls are tuned in the satisfyingly warm A4-note at 432 Hertz, making them perfect for meditation.
