Dr. Strangelove is the second synthBlock to be made by Analogue Solutions. The renowned synth maker has clearly been influenced by Stanley Kubrick's cult classic of the same name and the brightly-coloured unit even has an illustration of a bomb on the front! This small, robust analogue effects box is actually an analogue ring modulator that allows you to create all sorts of extreme sounds.
Dr. Strangelove: rocking and shocking the world!
The Dr. Strangelove has two audio inputs and an analogue LFO (Low Frequency Oscillator) with two wave forms. There's a lo-fi echo built-in too to give your sounds an extra dimension. Via the CV in/out you can connect the Dr.Strangelove to other modular systems. It's easy to integrate with your current DAW, sampler or synth.

Ik heb lang gewacht om een degelijke ringmodulator te kopen.
Dit is echt een analoog beest, waarbij je vrij extreem kan gaan op vlak van modulatie. Gemakkelijk aan te sluiten op je modulaire sound module. Maar ook aan je laptop of synths. De klank is oerdegelijk. Vooral op drums en percussie, geluidsfragmenten en je eigen stem klinkt ie fantastisch. Een dikke aanrader.
