Acoustica Mixcraft 9 Recording Studio is the Mixcraft Series entry-level edition. While 'entry-level' may sound like it doesn't have much to offer, nothing could be further from the truth. Most other beginner-level DAWs are for example limited in the number of tracks they offer, but that's not the case with Mixcraft 9 Recording. In terms of functionality, this edition largely takes after its bigger brother and the differences mainly lie in the number of included effects and instruments. If you look at the specifications down below, you'll notice that this seriously complete starter DAW comes with a fat stack of beautiful effects and instruments. Apart from that, this DAW is the same as many others and offers mixing, playing (instrument control) and actually, even clip-based composition options and video editing features for YouTube-based projects. In short, Acoustica Mixcraft 9 Recording Studio is a bang-on DAW that considering its price, is an absolute steal.
