Acid has been the king of loop-based music for decades, and to make the production workflow even smoother, Magix serve up the dedicated Acid Music Studio 11 suite. Primed for any loop-based productions as well as acid, this software provides all the tools needed to line up audio files on the timeline, including an extremely accurate time-stretcher to make sure that everything matches the beat. You can work with MIDI as well as audio files and VST support for virtual instruments is also provided. Backed up by a 24 bit, 192kHz audio engine, Acid Music Studio has already been around for a while - first developed by Sonic Foundry, then taken on by Sony, and now Magix, who have given the quality of the workflow a considerable upgrade so, even if you're a complete beginner, you can use this suite to learn everything involved in loop-based music production. As well as a solid workstation, this programme supplies a full library of audio material that you can start playing with straight away.

Vorige week aangeschaft en afgelopen vrijdag de eerste stapjes gezet... het is even zoeken naar hoe het een en ander werkt, maar het wijst zich allemaal zelf: usb aangesloten loopstation en microfoon kon ie makkelijk vinden en daarna gewoon alles uitproberen (muziek importeren, bewerken, drumsolo invoeren, via de microfoon inspelen van mijn instrument (tuba). Het klinkt nog niet :), maar het begin is er...
Voor de beginner zeker een aanrader!!!
