Built for guitarists and bassists, the KMA Audio Machines Tyler Deluxe stompbox is able to split your sound into two frequency ranges, so you can stick them through two different effects loops. This pedal picks out the low-end and high-end frequencies, sending them out separately, so one set of effects can be applied to one end and a whole different set of effects can be applied to the other end. Basically with this two-channel KMA creation, you can suddenly conjure never-heard-before sounds using just two or more effect pedals.

The KMA Tyler Deluxe: The Only Limit is Your Imagination

While the LP section processes the high-end of your guitar or bass sound - offering the ideal spot for say, your distortions, the HP section takes care of the bottom-end, so you can thicken them up with maybe an octaver or even a subharmonic generator... or similar. The only limit to the potential of the Tyler Deluxe is, in fact, your own mortal imagination. Via the Pass control pot of both sections, the frequency band can be selected anywhere between 3kHz and 20Hz and, so both sections can be toggled on and off at will, you also get an independent LP Loop and HP Loop footswitch.

The Simple Solve for Creative Setups

If you have a mountain of effects stacked up on both loops and could do with a touch more tonal body, then simply twist open the Clean control pot to add more of your original sound to the mix - upping the focus. If the overall sound starts to get a bit too shrill or sounds a bit too dead, signalling a phase issue, then easily solve it by flipping one of the two fitted phase switches, and the big, central Mix pot is like the master control of this extensive KMA pedal, since it sets the LP and HP loop levels, handing you complete control over a wealth of creative options.
