The Yamaha CK61 Stage Keyboard
The CK61 combines three different sound categories: organs, pianos and synths, and when you opt for one of the organs, you get the same familiar quality of sound as the Reface YC, where the registers can be set via the fitted bank of drawbars. Over on the right, the most essential global parameters, including an AR envelope and a filter as well as reverb and other effects can be set, keeping things swift and to-the-point, and in all, you're getting 363 high-grade sounds to play with plus 160 live set sounds - all of it accessed via a tight and satisfying set of controls, fully optimised for the stage.

De keyboard heeft alle features die nodig zijn voor een beginnende band. Percussies en begeleidende tunes zijn overbodig en zitten er dus gelukkig niet op. Minpuntjes: pedaal zit er niet standaard bij en er zit geen bladhouder op. Belangrijke pluspunten zijn de ruime synthesizer opties, bluetooth om muziek af te spelen, licht gewicht en veel opslagcapaciteit voor sounds.
De Yamaha CK61 is een eenvoudig te bedienen stage keyboard met een zeer laag gewicht. Het instrument nodigt daarmee uit om gewoon lekker te gaan spelen. Vooral de piano’s en synth-klanken zijn goed. In een donkere omgeving is de verlichting onder de knoppen erg fel (en dat is helaas in de instellingen vooralsnog niet aan te passen).
Perfect board for rehearsals and small gigs as it weighs next to nothing, is very intuitive and quick to work with, and has good "bread and butter" sounds. The organ section (pulled from the reface YC) is the only let down, with the Leslie simulation being especially bad. Pianos and synth sounds are fine though!
