Since the American DJ Focus Spot 6Z features so many options, you probably won't even know where to start. The core of this moving head consists of a powerful 300W LED lamp that can be set up to project seven diachronic colours via a colour wheel. What's more, you can use the gobo wheel or one of the two rotating 6-facet prisms to enrich your light show with various patterns and figures.

The American DJ Focus Spot 6Z: More Than Just Focus

Via a 3-pin or 5-pin XLR cable, the moving head can be easily operated using a DMX controller. The dimmer, stroboscope, motorised zoom and beam angle can all be adjusted via DMX, and American DJ even include two frost filters so you can break up the light to create soft wash effects as needed. Also, every time there's new firmware available, the Focus Spot 6Z can be updated by hooking it up to a computer via the integrated USB port.
