The Hughes & Kettner Black Spirit 200 Floor combines an unbelievably versatile guitar amp with the matching level of functionality offered by the FSM-432 MK III MIDI Board. In other, very simple words, you're getting the power of a fully programmable 200 Watt guitar amplifier with all the inputs and outputs you would ever need, in a housing that fits comfortably on a pedalboard. While the Black Spirit 200 has no problems taking on a large stage, the power can be dialled all the way down to 20 or even 2 Watts for living room rehearsals. The ghost, or Spirit, in this machine is shaped by the 'bionic' tone generating technology; a fully analogue circuit that delivers precisely the same dynamic response as a real tube-driven amplifier!
The Black Spirit 200 Floor: The Many, Many Sound Variations
The four channels (Clean, Crunch, Lead and Ultra) give you access to every guitar sound that has ever been made popular throughout the last 60 years. To find your own particular sweet spot, a boost and noise-gate have been included alongside a broad range of built-in effects like delay, reverb and endlessly tweak-worthy modulation effects, while every parameter (with the exception of the master volume) can be set and saved as one of 128 presets. To finish, your own favourite effects pedals can be integrated via the serial FX-loop.
Connections
The integrated Red Box AE+ allows for direct connection to a mixer, PA or audio interface for pure guitar-sound without the mess of microphones. For an amplified sound, choose from eight speaker simulations including anything from a floor-shaking 2x 12" to a tight 1x 12" cab and give your sound even more shape and depth. The XLR monitor input is a welcome addition that allows you to balance levels between the monitor and amplifier without the need for an external mixer. Meanwhile, over in Direct 7 mode, you can assign a preset to one of the seven fitted footswitches for quick changes and no endless scrolling through preset banks.

Sinds het uitkomen van de originele black spirit 200 heb ik de head & floorboard in m'n bezit. De klanken die je er mee kan creëren zijn eindeloos. Je kan van helder clean over funk, jazzy & blues naar crunch, rock & extreme metal, maar ook prachtige sounds voor de akoestische gitaar zitten in de unit. Toevoeging van modulatie effecten en boost functie maken het nog functioneler & het gebruik van externe pedalen veelal overbodig. Wil je toch pedalen gebruiken kan dit in het begin van de signaalketen of via de Fx loop. Met de floorboard versie gaat dit nog verder! Nu heb je beschikking over 2 programeerbare pre loops, de Fx loop en 2 expressiepedaal aansluitingen. Kan je buiten de stompbox mode & preset mode gebruik maken van de direct 7 mode die je 7 veel gebruikte presets onder je voet geeft. Een all in one unit tot 200W at your feet! Neem je gitaar, floorboard en cab of plug in in de FOV mixer en je bent meteen klaar voor je gig, licht en compact zonder enig compromis of toegeving.

Great amplifier! It is amazing that it has 200W power with this size. Needless to say, sounds are very good. It is also good to modify patches by iPad via Bluetooth. Compared with BS200 head, BS200 floor has additional loops for compact effectors. It will help me to make more flexible sounds. For one poor point, input and 2 pre-loop jacks are located on the left side. Most compact effectors have output on their left side, so this is a little difficult to consider cabling.
