Made entirely from mahogany, this instrument has a lush and warm acoustic sound, and since the selected mahogany is so complexly grained, no two models look the same, leaving you with an entirely unique little ukulele. Excellent resonant transfer from the strings through the body, as well as smooth tuning, are assured by the GraphTech NuBone nut and saddle, while the whole has been coated in a neutral and transparent, smooth satin finish. The Exotic Mahogany ukulele comes including a form-fitting gig bag.

Mooie ukulele met een fijn geluid. Het instrument is netjes afgewerkt en de stemmechanieken zien er wat luxer dan gemiddeld uit. Die van mij is wat minder oranje dan de foto's. Het voelt als een kwalitatief goed product.
De hals is wat smaller dan die van de Ibanez UEWT5 die ik al had, dat is even wennen en ik weet niet zeker of de hals van deze Kala smal of juist gemiddeld is. De tas die erbij zit heeft een rits zak aan de voorkant en niet echt iets significants van padding ter bescherming.

Mijn eerste ukelele naast zoveel gitaren. Mooi instrument met een prima geluid (voor zover ik daar verstand van heb).
De mijne heeft wat minder gevlamd hout dan op de foto. Er zit alleen een tas bij die prima is om hem mee te nemen, maar nauwelijks bescherming biedt. Dus ook in de tas moet je er nog wel voorzichtig mee omgaan.
Ik ben er blij mee!
