Pack out your percussive set-up with the range of the innovative Stagg Bongo Cajon. Strike the front playing surface of the birch box and you get that classic cajon and snare sound - strike the sides and you get a classic bongo sound. The top and sides have been constructed from 9mm-thick, 7-ply birch plywood; the back is a little thinner at 7mm and 5-plies, and the playing surface has been kept super-thin at just 3mm thick and 3-plies, ensuring maximum resonant response. Two pairs of internal snare wires have been fitted to the back of the playing surface in a V-shape for crisp, snare drum-style slaps and can be adjusted to control the level of attack.
