This handsome, ultra-limited-edition birthday-girl has been coated in an exclusive Comet Sunburst and comes with a Fender hard case: a collector's item in the making.
The Fender 70th Anniversary American Professional II: Elastic Sound
The alder body has been mounted a full three-pack of Fender V-Mod II pickups: modern single-coils that deliver that unmistakable Stratocaster sound. Add on the in-depth tone pots, once of which doubles as a push/push switch for adding the neck pickup to any of the other positions, and the tonal variety of this axe is blown all the way open. This model even features a treble-bleed circuit, so you're 100% assured of full trebles and clearly defined sound, even when the volume is rolled all the way back.
Comfort & Stability
This celebratory edition of the Fender American Professional II Stratocaster has been fully honed to ensure smooth and agile playability: from the Deep-C profile of the maple neck to the buttery feel of the Super Natural finish on the back of the neck. Meanwhile, a classic 9.5 inch fretboard radius and set of twenty-two narrow-tall frets provide a light and familiar feel all the way up the neck.

Wauw, wat een schoonheid. Bij het openen van de koffer met de blauw 'fluwelen' voering ben je even stil. Daarna wil je de gitaar eigenlijk niet meer loslaten. Voelt super goed en klinkt gewoon heel erg mooi. Investering zeker waard!

What a lovely guitar. The flamed maple front is blended into a cherry, then chocolate edge colour in a great looking three colour burst. The pickups generate the normal Strat tones, the ability to push/push the second tone control to bring in the neck and bridge pickup (or all three) is a nice touch giving access to some fresh sounds. The neck has a nice satin finish and plays well. Having the 2 point hardened steel tremolo allows for some deep dives with a well behaved return to standard tune. And finally the case - it's very plush indeed!
