Naturally finished, the orchestra-body shape of the Guild OM-150CE electro-acoustic is made entirely of solid wood. The spruce top of the resonance chamber is supported by rosewood back and sides and this combines with a mahogany neck and rosewood fretboard to create a highly dynamic and sustain-rich sound with high-end bite.

To amplify this exceptional instrument with the transparency it deserves, the Fishman developed active Sonicore Soundhole Pickup system is fitted and steered by a Sonitone preamp that offers control over the volume and tone. Meanwhile, the fretboard radius is flatter than average; a deep and accommodating cutaway offers access to all frets, and the rounded overall form sits snug against the body for excellent playing comfort.

Guild have been building high-quality instruments since 1953, and their acoustic guitars hark back to earlier, vintage models.
