Descrizione
Fender have sat down with U2 bassist Adam Clayton and together they came up with the ACB 50: an impressive 50-Watt valve-driven combo amp for stage work and studio jobs. Clayton has opted for a two-channel design, which means this Artist Signature amp serves up both classic mid-scooped sound and more modern, Hi-Fi-grade sound with flat equalisation. Each channel also comes with two inputs; one for passive basses and one for active basses, making the Fender ACB exceptionally versatile - especially in combination with the ground-lift switch of the fitted XLR line output.
The Adam Clayton ACB 50: Valve-Driven Yet Lightweight
The ACB 50 has been equipped with a single 15-inch Fender Special Design Eminence Neodymium speaker, which is lighter than traditional speakers and keeps the weight down to a more manageable level. To guarantee ample warmth and fullness of tone, Clayton has picked out a pair of 6L6 valves.
