This 20-watt Marshall 2525C Mini Jubilee tube guitar amplifier combo is a tribute to the famous 2555 amps from the JCM 25/25 Silver Jubliee series. They were launched in 1987 to commemorate the 50-year anniversary of Jim Marshall's career in music. This compact version doesn't sound any less impressive than its original predecessor. It's an amp with a familiar yet unique sound that can rock with the best of them.
Marshall 2525C Mini Jubilee with familiar Silver Jubilee sound
The Marshall 2525C Mini Jubilee preamp has been wired just like the Silver Jubilee amps of the eighties and the same controls on its silver-coloured front panel: Bass, Middle, Treble, Presence, Output Master, Lead Master and Input Gain. Of course, the tubes in the preamplifier are ECC83s and EL34s in the power amp.
12-inch Greenback for pure rock sound
Armed with a 12-inch Celestion G12M-25 Greenback speaker, this amp sounds like a true Marshall: loud, tight and fat in the mid-range with a deliciously rockin' overdrive. This Marshall 2525C is more than just a fun gadget for a Marshall fan, though. It's a full-fledged addition to enhance your Marshall arsenal!
