Spin pure, golden tone with the compressor, sustainer, and distortion packed inside the Philosopher’s Tone Germanium Gold Micro stompbox. Sweet, noise-free sustain and maximum headroom courtesy of Pigtronix. Using a revised diode placing, this pedal has an enriched mid-range response while the included Grit control pot steers a genuine germanium distortion circuit to shape an entirely unique sonic character. Adjust the Sustain pot to tweak the compression amount and open it up completely to get treated to squeaky clean sustain. Internally, the Philosopher’s Tone operates at 18V for more headroom, but it can be hooked up to a standard 9V power supply (not included).

Bon compresseur, format compact. Réglage blend intéressant. Petit plus : le réglage grit qui permet d'ajouter un drive subtil.
Attention, cependant, pédale légèrement microphonique et switch qui "pop" un peu. Pas gênant dans mon cas car utilisation avec switcher. Néanmoins, une fois enclenché, devient un indispensable du pedalboard.
