I ordered this from the shop and they sent me the wrong code. Tried to contact the shop through email and phone over the next week, they emailed me back saying they were in contact with avid. I emailed them back with details they requested. Heard nothing back since. Needed this software for an assignment at audio school. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
