Descrizione
The Katana Artist Head Gen 3 wields the first-class sound and response of enhanced Tube Logic technology and lets you choose from six amp models and five effects sections for a total of fifteen selectable effects and the option to run as many as five at a time. Needless to say, this 100W amp head has been fully gig-proofed too and comes equipped with an array of inputs and outputs.
The Katana Artist Head Gen 3: Dial In Maximum Expression
While the improved Tube Logic-driven sound results in more sonic subtleness with an even more satisfying feel, the new Pushed Amp voicing and Bloom function allows for extra-expressive tone. Meanwhile, your favourite amp-and-effect combos can be effortlessly saved and recalled via the 8 Tone Settings. Haven't got time to dial in the specifics? Then simply engage the Contour control or select one of the three Global EQ presets. Your leads can be nudged to the front with the Solo section, and so you can vary your cab sound and response, BOSS has rammed in three Cabinet Resonance options.
Other Highlights
The BOSS Katana Artist Head Gen 3 doesn't just offer wide-ranging tone, but wide-ranging connection options. The fitted Power Amp input can be used to connect modelling amplifiers, multi-FX processor and other gear to the power amp section, while the Bluetooth adapter-connector gives you the option to plug in a Bluetooth Audio MIDI Dual Adapter (not included) for wireless music streaming and eased editing. It's clear that this third-generation amp head has been designed with ease of use in mind, no matter if you're gigging, rehearsing, recording or just working on your riffs.
