Descrizione
The udu (pronounced 'oodoo') is shaped from clay, gifting it with its highly characteristic percussive sound. Here, German percussion giants, Schlagwerk give their own rendition of an instrument that originated in Nigeria and is still played during ceremonies by the Igbo tribe, where 'udu' literally means 'pot'. This highly unique instrument produces a surprising and rich sound, and here, Schlagwerk provide a pair of two twinned U10H and U10H udus for an expanded tonal range.
